ที่Maokong มีให้นั่งกระเช้า MaokongGondala สู่ใจกลางธรรมชาติของไทเปและมีไร่ปลูกชาด้วย Maokong Gondala อยู่ใกล้ๆกับสถานีรถไฟฟ้า ทุกคนเดินทางมาที่นี้ได้สะดวกสบายมากแบบไม่ต้องกังวลไปที่นี้มีทั้งสวสนสัตว์ ถนนคนเดิน มีอาหารอร่อยๆให้กิน ที่ชอบที่สุดคือไส้กรอก อร่อยมากๆ ถ้ามาที่นี้ก็ต้องลอง และบรรยาศที่นี้สบายมากไม่ร้อน สามารถนั่งจิบกาแฟชมวิวได้แบบชิวๆสบายๆ      พอมาถึงที่นี้ก็รีบไปทำกิจกรรมในไร่ชาด้วยการเก็บเกี่ยวชาให้ได้เยอะมากที่สุด คุณลุงที่นี้นิสัยดีมากๆคุณลุงได้แสดงวิธีในการเก็บเกี่ยวชาแล้วก็การทำชาให้แห้ง ให้ทุกคนได้ดูหลังจากนั้นพอทุกคนได้ลงมือทำแล้วคุณลุงก็ให้ถุงชามาห่อนึงให้นำกลับบ้านไปดื่มเพื่อเป็นการขอบคุณและกำลังใจในการที่เรามาเก็บเกี่ยวชานั้น สำหรับคนที่อยากได้ลองเก็บเกี่ยวชาไม่อยากไปไกลๆจากไทเป สามารถที่จะมาที่แห่งนี้ได้โดยใช้เวลาประมาณชั่วโมงครึ่งก็ถึงที่ปลายทางแล้ว 

At Mao kong there is a gondola that takes you up the mountain through the beautiful nature. The gondola is located near the train station so transportation isn't a problem. There are also food stands that provide a variety of food, my personal favourite is the sausage. The view is amazing it is great for sipping coffee and letting the nature sink in. At the plantation you can harvest tea leaves and the farmer will show you the drying process and then you can even bring the tea home and drink it. This place is great for anyone who wants to experience tea harvesting and nature but doesn't want to go far away from taipei.

我們特地起了個大早來到在貓空的茶推廣中心參加採茶活動。

一開始還怕等不到公車，好險小10及時來到，不然就要遲到了。

戴上草帽，竹簍上手，又要去挑戰採茶啦！

茶種是金萱烏龍，採集的部分是以嫩芽為中心取一心二葉。一般來說最適合採茶葉的時間是在中午十二點到下午兩點。

金萱茶又稱作台茶12，特徵是葉子尖尖的，喝起來會有奶香味。

การได้สัมผัสธรรมชาตินั้นเป็นอะไรที่พิเศษ คือรู้สึกอยู่อีกโลกๆนึง รู้สึกปลอดโปร่ง เหมือนตัดขาดกับคนที่อยู่ในเมือง อยู่ในโลกของตัวเอง เวลาไปยืนอยู่บนภูเขาและมองไปรอบๆรู้สึกสบายตัวไม่คิดอะไรเลยบนหัว รู้สึกอยากอยู่ทีนี้อีกไปเรื่อยๆ คือความรู้สึกจะเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามสิ่งที่เราได้รับรู้และสัมผัสลมที่พัดมากับการได้มองเห็นภูเขาที่สวยงามและการได้เห็นเมฆสวยๆ ตอนที่ไปอยู่บนเขาแถบจะไม่ได้เล่นโซเชียลเลย นอกจากเอามือถือเอามาถ่ายรูปเท่านั้น ช่วงที่อยู่บนเขารู้สึกชีวิตสงบไม่มีอะไรมาวุ่นวายเลย อย่างหนึงคือประทับใจสุดๆคือตื่นตี4 ครึ่ง มาดูพระอาทิตย์ขี้น ตอนนั้นนึกว่าตื่นไม่ไหวนะ แต่เพราะว่าเป็นคั้งแรกที่มาอยู่บนภูเขานานๆก็เลยบังคับตัวเองตื่นไม่เสียใจนะเพราะว่าถ้าไม่ตื่นจะเสียใจมากกว่า มันเป็นความรู้สึกที่ดีมากเลยอะ ตอนพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นตอนตี5:15 คือแบบมันค่อยๆขึ้นมาและส่องมาที่หน้าเราคือแบบความรู้สึกบอกไม่ถูกจริง ประทับใจมากๆ ณ ตอนนั้นคือแบบคิดในใจถ้าแก่ไปจะย้ายมาอยู่บนเขาปลูกผักดูวิวสวยๆ ทำให้อารมณ์ดีด้วย

To be able to be in touch with nature is a very special thing. I feel like I am in another world, free and alive. Standing there on top of the mountain with the wind blowing on my face breathing in the fresh mountain air clearing my head and looking at the cloud, I could not believe that i spent so much time up there with out social network. The most mesmerising moment was when i woke up at 4 in the morning to watch the sunrise, normally i would not wake up this early and if i do i would soon regret it, however at around 5:15 am the sun rosed above the horizon shining its ray upon my face, the feeling was indescribable. After this event in my life i plan to some day retire and live up on the mountain growing crops and enjoying nature's precious gift. 

ได้มีโอกาศไปดูไปสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการผลิตชา เห้ยมันก็ดูเหนื่อยนะคือต้องตื่นมาแต่เช้าเก็บเกี่ยวชา หรือต้องตื่นมาดึกๆมาดูชามาคั่วชา มันทำให้เสียสุขภาพสุดๆ

สิ่งทีเราได้รับรู้จากชาวไร่คือการดูแลและการควบคุมการผลิตอย่างใกล้ชิดชานั้นเป็นสิ่งทีสำคัญมาก และแน่นอนอากาศก็เป็นที่สำคาญสุดๆ แต่ละไร่สามารถทำออกมาให้ได้ชาหลากหลายชนิดและรสชาติที่แตกต่างกันออกไปขึ้นอยู่กับชาวนาอยากปลูกอะไรและสภาพแววล้อมนั้นสามารถที่จะปลูกได้หรือเปล่า คือมันต้องผ่านขั้นตอนและกระบวนต่างๆ ซึ่งชาแต่ละชนิดก็จะมีขั้นตอนที่ต่างกันไป คือที่เห็นมีการกระบวนการทำให้ใบเหี่ยวแห้ง และต้องอยู่ในห้องที่มีอุณหภูมิที่ตั้งเอาไว้และต้องกับแต่ละชนิดด้วย  มีการเอาชาไปทำให้แห้งด้วยการคั่วใช้ความร้อน การคั่วส่งผลให้ใบชาเปลี่ยนเป็นสีดำและแห้ง คงเหลือความชุ่มชื้น แต่ถ้าคั่วชาร้อนเกินไป อาจทำให้ชาสูญเสียรสชาติ สี และกลิ่นหอมได้นะ

และมีการหมุนกลิ้งรีดใบให้แห้งโดยทำให้บิดงอจึงทำให้เซลล์ใบแตกออกจากการ ในขณะนั้นก็จะมีกลิ่นชาหอมๆออกมา คือแต่ก่อนไม่เคยคิดว่าชามันทำยากนะคือคิดว่าง่ายๆอะ แต่พอรู้ว่าแม้แต่พวกลมที่พัมผ่านมากับแมลงที่มากินไร่ชานั่น มีผลกระทบกันชาด้วย คือรู้สึกแบบมันมากกว่าที่คิดอีก

We had a chance to interview local people on how do they make tea leaves. It actually is not an easy job and unhealthy somehow because they have to get up very early in order to harvest the tea leaves. Even sometimes they have to get up during the night just to check if there's any problems, or to roast tea. What we have learned more from them is growing tea trees and controlling its productions are extremely significant. Nonetheless, they have several kinds of tea in the farm depending on what kind of tea the farmer wants to grow and the condition of the environment is suitable for that kind of tea or not. It will take several steps and processes in each kind of tea; within that, different kind of tea will have different steps and processes until it reaches the final results. Certainly, the weather plays a big role during these process. The process we have seen there was dehydrating the tea leaves, in which it was placed in a temperature-controlled room. They roasted it with the heat, which results in change in color to be black and dried. However, if the heat was too high, it can result in loss of flavour, color and scent. They rolled and twisted the tea leaves in order to extract and release more scent of tea from its cells on the leaves. It is more complicated than I ever thought of to be honest. 

ชาเนี่ยเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของไต้หวัน และคนที่ทำเกี่ยวกับชาเนี่ยให้ความสำคัญกับมันมาก และชามันมีวัฒนธรรมมายาวนั้น  ที่จริงอ่ะไม่รู้เลยนะว่าความรู้สึกการลิ้มลองลิ้มรสชาเนี่ยมันต่างกันยังไงแต่พอได้เรียนรู้ไปเรื่อยๆ ถึงเข้าใจว่าเออชแต่ละชานั้นมันมีความโดดเด่นอยู่ในตัวมันอยู่แล้ว ชาดำชาเขียวอูหลงชาเนี่ย  สามชาเนี่ยสิ่งที่ตัวเราชอบมากที่สุดคือชาดำเพราะว่าที่จริงอ่ะชาดำของไทยมันจะขมใช่ไหมแต่ชาดำของไต้หวันมันไม่ขมมันหอมคือมันมีกลิ่นพิเศษของมันโดยเฉพาะคือตอนที่เรามาที่เรียนที่ไทเปเราไม่ชอบดื่มชานะ และเรานึกว่าชาดำเนี่ยมันจะคมนะ แต่พอดื่มมันไม่ได้ขมอย่างที่คิดมันไม่เหมือนชาดำของไทยที่มันคมๆไปนิดนึง ชามีหลายประเภท ชาดำชาเขียวอุดง แต่ชาดำเนี่ยมันมีหลายแบบหลายรูปแบบซึ่งสีที่ออกมามันก็จะต่างกันนิดหนึ่งกลิ่น ก็จะต่างกันนิดหนึ่งชาเขียวก็เหมือนกัน     อูหลงทางก็เหมือนกัน ที่จริงเราเราไปสัมภาษณ์หลายที่มากเลยไปแบบ ประมาณห้าหกทีได้แล้วสำหรับคนที่ทำชาเนี่ยเวลาเราเข้าไปคุยสัมภาษณ์ เขาก็จะให้เราดื่มชาของเค้าแล้วพอเราดื่มหมด เค้าก็จะเทให้เรื่อยๆ คือเราดื่มจนแบบจะอ้วกออกมาแล้ว อันนั้นคือ ฒนธรรมเขานะคือเราดื่มชาหมดปุ๊บเค้าก็จะเทให้เทให้เทให้แล้วเวลาต้มชามี เวลาที่จะต้มชาเนี่ยคือเค้าจะแบบต้มน้ำร้อนก่อนใช่ไหมแล้วแต่ชามันมีองศาจำกัดอยู่แล้วจะดูว่าถ้าเป็นชานี้เราจะต้มน้ำร้อนกี่องศา สักประมาณ 90 องศา หรือไม่ก็ 100 เพื่อที่จะเหมาะสมกับชาบางชาถ้าร้อนไปก็จะดื่มแล้วรสชาติไม่ดีอะไรประมาณนี้ แล้วเวลาต้มน้ำเสร็จ ใช่ไหมก็จะเทใส่ใบชาก็จะเอาฝามาปิดส่วนปิดเนี่ยบางทีก็คือห้ามปิดนานเกินถ้าปิดนานเกินเนี่ยมันก็จะ ทำให้ชาขมและจะเสียรสชาติ  ส่วนมากประมาณ 1 นาที 2 นาทีอะไรงี้ แต่ก่อนที่เขาจะพวกนี้ ขั้นตอนแรกคือเค้าต้องล้างใบชาในการเอาน้ำน้ำร้อนเนี่ยมาลวกใส่ชาเสร็จปุ๊บแล้วค่อยเทนำ้ร้อนอีกรอบหนึ่ง 

Tea is the symbol of taiwan, the people involved put a lot of effort into the process because tea is not only a symbol but a long tradition. At first I did not know the differences between each type of tea but after some studying and observation I realised that each type of tea has  distinctive and unique smell and taste to it, whether it be green tea, black tea or oolong tea. Out of the teas I have tried the one that I like the most is the black tea because the black tea from Thailand is more bitter but the black tea here has a unique smell and doesn't taste as bitter. Later on we went to interview the people who work there and interestingly when you talk to these people they will always fill up your tea cup but that is their tradition. When they were hearing up the tea they have to get the heat to the right temperature which is around 90-100 degrees Celsius in order to maintain the full taste and aroma of the tea. After the tea is poured into the pot the barista would close the lid for around 2 minutes but if the lid is left on for too long the taste of the tea might become bitter. The tea is prepared by pouring hot water onto the tea leaf rinsing it once before using it to make tea.

結束前一天在銪茗堂的製茶後，我們隔天起了個大早來看日出，清晨的霧氣跟高山的氣溫在仲夏也是挺凍人的。

我們從4:30等到5:00，太陽的光暈卻還是與山峰僵持不下，遲遲不肯露面，過了約莫15分鐘，終於請出巨星，頓時日光照耀天際，一天，就這麼開始。

觀賞完日出當然是龜縮回帳篷補眠，直到被曬醒，露營這幾天有深刻地體會到「太陽曬屁股」這回事呢。

今天對我們來說是特別的，因為有一位夥伴生日，我們籌備已久的小驚喜正蓄勢待發！先是讓他忙得不可開交，我們趁隙貼上滿滿回憶的照片，再讓他毫不知情地煎著自己的生日鬆餅，待到點上蠟燭他才知道這一切的詭計，計畫成功！

領了昨夜乾燥的茶乾，做成條狀裝成一大袋看起來相當氣派，那口味呢？當場立馬試泡來喝，經過銪茗堂老闆鑑定：好茶！

在這次十天的旅程裡面，我們基本上喝遍了各種茶，每種茶自然都擁有不同的風味，雖然說市面上有很多不同茶的名稱但其實茶種不多，而是透過烘焙及發酵的程度來創造每種茶，再依這些製作過程的不同來命名。下面先向大家簡單介紹大眾對茶葉的迷思~

เราได้ไปเที่ยวสวนนก ทะเลสาบสุริยันจันทรา แล้วก็อาลีซาน สถานที่ๆไม่น่าไปที่สุดคือสวนนกเพราะว่าสวนนกมันไม่มีอะไรเลยนอกจากนกแล้วก็น่าเบื่อด้วยไม่มีกิจกรรมให้ชม แต่ ทะเลสาบสุริยันจันทรา แล้วก็อาลีซานเป็นอะไรที่น่าไปและสวยงามมาก ทุกคนควรที่จะไปเสียดายอย่างหนึ่งก็คือนักท่องเยอะ อาลีซานกับทะเลสาป เหมาะสำหรับวัยรุ่นหรือคนแก่ไปก็ได้ แต่ส่วนนกอ่ะไม่ควรไปเพราะมันน่าเบื่อจริงๆมันไม่มีอะไรเลยคือมันน่าเบื่อมากไม่มีอะไรทำด้วย แต่อารีซานยังไงอย่างน้อยเราก็ไปดูไร่ชาสวยๆ วิวสวยสวยแล้วก็ไปดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น ที่ทะเลสาปมีพวกถนนคนเดินไปกินอาหารอร่อยๆจะบอกว่าซาลาเปาอร่อยมาก ทะเลสาบมีพวกถนนคนเดินแต่เราต้องนั่งเรือข้ามไปอีกฝั่ง ต้องซื้อตั๋วเรือที่แบบว่ามันจอดทุกสถานที่แล้วในแต่ล่ะที่ทุกๆประมาณ 15 นาทีก็จะมีเรือมารับตลอดถ้าใครจะไปเที่ยวทะเลสาบถ้าจะไปเที่ยวแบบที่ธรรมชาติก็แนะนำสองทีนี้

We went to the Bird park, Sun Moon Lake, and Ali Mountain (Alishan) The most place that not recommended to go is the bird park because it has nothing and it is boring, but if you are interesting in bird then you will like it. The most climax of Alishan is to see the sunrise above clouds and forest. Don’t be afraid to get lose in Alishan because there are signs telling you the location at all times so you don't need to worry about getting lost. Take a walk in the nature that is stunningly beautiful. During the winter time the scenery is even more beautiful in Alishan. Sun Moon Lake is an astonishing sight to witness, however you must come at the right time  the lake will glitter and sparkle. A great way to embrace nature. For people who likes to cycle, this place has a route that captures the view of the sun moon lake along with its nature and scenery, try spending sometime and you will        un cover the beauty of the sun moon lake. 

這次我們五個爾康喫茶趣，為了體驗大自然的感覺，連續五天都採露營方式，出發前我先去找有較多露營經驗的老手借器材順便提供我們寶貴的意見。

第一站：鹿谷波斯園露營區

　　來到這裡有非常重要的事情要注意，就是小黑蚊特別多，要專門去買小黑蚊防蚊液，不然牠根本不怕一般防蚊液，沒有噴就會像我一樣被咬得很慘而且還很癢，但是我們有些組員被小黑蚊叮是完全不癢的那種（小黑蚊不是蚊子的一種喔）。然後大概到晚上七點左右就換一般的蚊子出來，對於跟蚊子有不共載天之仇的我，真的是很痛苦啊，寶寶心理苦但寶寶說不出啊。

南投午後都會下點雷陣雨，替炎熱的夏天冷卻一下，下過雨的午後我們在麒麟潭附近走走（波斯園露營區就在麒麟潭隔壁）可以看到彩虹，景色合一，煞是美麗呀！

從銪茗堂看出去就是環山圍繞的壯觀景色！

       位於嘉義隙頂的銪茗堂，老闆黃昶銪的父親就是阿里山著名的生力農場老闆，所以在銪茗堂入口處就會看到大大的生力農場招牌，而下面才是寫銪茗堂茶園。有趣的是，一開始想要製茶體驗的我們，是找上生力農場，但因為我們人數太少，所以被介紹來銪茗堂，到現場才發現，原來生力農場和銪茗堂的關係密不可分。這次來阿里山最主要的目的就是製茶體驗，而一杯好茶最重要的就是製茶的手藝，老闆黃昶銪在民國104年獲得阿里山茶區製茶技術競賽冠軍，我們真是找對師傅了!在製茶的過程中，黃老闆總是不藏私的把做茶的知識分享給我們，細心的教導我們做出好茶。

三位採茶姑娘穿好裝備，準備前往茶園採茶囉!在採茶期間的長時間日曬下，斗笠可是非常好用的東西呢！

可以看到較高的是台灣原生種野生茶，是老闆特別把它種在阿里山的喔～

編號1是金萱茶，歸類為小葉種，葉子比較橢圓，葉脈角度最大，大約80度左右

นี่คือครั้งแรกที่จะไปตั้งแคมป์หลายๆวัน 6วัน 5คืน เป็นโอกาศที่ดีได้อยู่กับธรรมชาติ พอไปถึงก็รู้สึกตื่นเต้น   เพราะว่าไม่เคยได้กางเต็นกันเองเลย และนี้จะเป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้ลงมือทำเอง ที่จริงก็ไม่ได้ยากมากก็ทำตามคู่มือกางเต้นที่ให้มา ง่ายๆเลยที่เดียว ที่ๆพวกเราไปกางเต็นอยู่ มีเจ้าของพื้นที่คอยดูแลความปลอดภัยอยู่แล้วเลยไม่ได้กังวลอะไรมาก

และการไปตั้งแคมป์หลายๆวันเนี่ย ควรสวมเสื้อผ้าให้มิดชิด เช่น เสื้อแขนยาว กางเกงขายาว และทาโลชั่นกันยุงไม่งั้นจะโดนกัดเยอะเลย แล้วที่ไต้หวันมันมียุงชนิดหนึงเป็นแบบตัวเล็กและกัดเจ็บด้วย พอเกานานๆไปก็จะเป็นแผลและก็จะเป็นรอย 

อาหารการกินพวกเราทำเองทั้งหมดส่วนมากก็ซื้อพวกม่ามาสำเร็จรูปไปต้มกินกัน และห้องน้ำสะดวกสบายมากเพราะว่าช่วงที่ไปคนน้อย เลยไม่มีคนเลยพวกเราไปกันช่วงน่าร้อน ที่จริงกางเต็นท์ได้ทุกฤดูนะตอนกลางคืนอากาศดีด้วย แต่ถ้าไปช่วงหน้าร้อนก็ไม่ต้องเสียใจเพราะว่าตอนเย็นอากาศก็เย็นสบายเลยทีเดียว ประมาณ 23-24 องศาได้ ตอนที่พวกเราไปก็หน้าร้อนไงเลยไม่มีคน พวกเราก็นึกว่าจะนอนไม่ได้ แต่ที่จริงโอเคเลยอะอากาศดีมากช่วงเย็นๆ ต้องบอกว่าเป็นอะไรที่รู้สึกดีมากตื่นมา สูดอากาศสดชื่นแล้วก็เห็นวิวที่สวยๆ มันรู้สึกผ่อนคลายไปกับธรรมชาติ 

This is my first time having such a long camping (5nights 6 days) with  my friends. This is a great chance for me to stay away from the city, pollution, and be close to the nature. I suddenly felt excited right after we arrived because I never assemble up a tent before. This is my first time doing it and it’s not that difficult as I though I would be, we just need to follow the instructions they provided; very easy indeed. We know that the place where we stayed was safe because the laird was constantly patrolling the area, so we didn’t worry much about it . Since we camped for a few days, having a full covered-up outfits such as long sleeve t-shirt and long pants were very essential. More importantly, we had to apply a mosquito repellent lotion in order to prevent mosquito because here in Taiwan, there’s kind of mosquitoes that makes you feel very itchy and cause scars on your skin.

Moving on to the food we had, not very special, we bought some instant noodles and cooked it there because thats’s fast and easy, Talking about bathroom and toilet, it was very convenient because there were not many people when we were there since it’s summer time. In fact, you can camp a tent in every season because the weather is starting to cool down in the evening and at night (approximately down to 23-24c). I must tell you that I felt so refreshing when I woke up in the morning, breathing in some fresh air, seeing a spectacular view. It makes me feel relax and I could let go all the stressful thoughts in my head because the nature replaced it.

當天來到南投日月潭附近探索紅茶，首站來到和菓森林。

和菓森林是一家紅茶體驗觀光工廠，館內有製茶流程講解及器具可以參觀，除此之外，還有許多DIY活動讓大家更了解茶葉。

莫名地走成直線。

我們挑戰的是調茶大師，課程內容是利用花茶與紅茶調配出屬於自己的風味茶包。

老師先帶我們到一旁的小教室學習一些茶知識。
